3M tape

Hi guys, I have a rear boot lip spoiler to fit and I plan to use 3M tape and need to buy some still. I've had a look online and there's a few differant types. Can anyone tell me which is the one to use?

It's the red roll bout 5mm wide if I recall.I got some off eBay for about £2

Or go to halfords and buy a roll of harris number plate tape. Its all the same. My performance spoiler is held on with it. Has been for months will no issues.
