Car shaking around 70-80mph

2007 328xi pre LCI

So I can’t figure out this problem but my car keeps shaking between 60 and 80mph
I’ve had my tires balanced 2 days ago and it lasted a day but I still felt it come back today but only on the way home from work.
I have new thrust arms

Mostly seems to occur when I accelerate to a speed of 70 then I let off the gas and when I go to accelerate again the shaking is more prominent unless I really hammer it then it doesn’t shake so much
It seems like it never does it with cruise control
I’ve had everything that can be visually inspected by my bmw specialist and we couldn’t find anything. My brakes are new as well. Tires are continental run flats from 10/2020 and in pretty good condition. It seems like it gets worse in warm weather. It’s more so the car shaking than the steering wheel. My rims aren’t bent beyond small curb rash and the thread is pretty good too. I’m the second owner. First was a grandma and it was her church car. This barely started back in November right before my water pump went.
This is driving me nuts and I’ve noticed a lot of people with this issue but haven’t seen anyone resolve it.

Hard to say for certain but one prospect could be transmission fluid.

A potential direction to look into is replace transmission fluid and filter then add lube gard instant shudder fix.

That fixed my issue around 45mph for about a year and now I feel it around 60 ish sometimes so really need to flush the fluid again.

So difficult to get all the fluid out of an automatic. IF you do the service, remember to fill to overflow then start the car and run through gears then fill up more.

Found out after the fact you can make a little threaded PCV hammer puller thing to get the pesky filter seal out while dropping the trans pan.

I would look at the tires and/or wheels again... maybe a flat spot or issue that appears when the tires heat up.

I replaced all my suspension on my 2008 328xi and still had lingering judders. Ended up the tires were worn unevenly, replacing them completely solved the issue.

Maybe try swapping the wheels around to see if anything changes.

"I’ve had my tires balanced 2 days ago and it lasted a day"

"It seems like it gets worse in warm weather."

"First was a grandma and it was her church car." From Continental - Semi-permanent flat-spotting will occur if the tires have been standing still under vehicle load for a month or longer.
