RHD to LHD conversion (E92 335i)

I'm currently in the process of converting my E92 335i from RHD to LHD. I'm about halfway in, and wanted to see if anyone has experience of this and have any advice, like things to keep in mind which are easily overlooked.

The idea is to swap the main body harness, but keep all the modules from the RHD car.
I would like to swap the gauges however, so I'm looking for someone to help me get it reset. As I understand, the chip has to be removed from the gauge-board and then soldered back again in order to reset and get the correct milage.

Another challenge is the different equipments from the donor car and the RHD car.

The donor car (where the cable harness comes from) has the iDrive and Keyless, which is missing in the RHD car (and thus not coded I guess). The RHD on the otherhand has a sunroof.
I would like to keep all three packages, and looking for someone to help me with the coding.

I'm thankful if anyone has some advice!
