Guys,

Wondering if somebody can help......pleeeeeease!

I've recently purchased a E92 330i, a previous owner has installed a Bluetooth phone system (Parrot V5.25c) I only know this because 1) I can find it when searching for devices 2) I can see the microphone.

I have no idea where the "hub" is installed, I've looked all over for it. I need to locate it because my mobile phone will not pair with it.

So, has anybody got one of these installed? If so, is there a location where the "hub" is supposed to be installed?

The only way I can think of finding where it's located is to follow the cable from the microphone. Which is currently under the roof trim

Mine is behind the glove box.

Try removing the trim/box and having a fish around.

I've had mine in three places.

1. Directly behind the radio: It IS possible if you're clever with the cable management
2. Passenger kick panel by the side of the transmission tunnel: It slides in here quite nicely
3. (Current location): Higher up, behind the glovebox to the right

Taking the bottom panel off where the little foot light is requires two screws. Be careful not to yank the wire for the lamp, nor the optical diagnostic port cable
