After installing the H&R sport springs with my new tires...i did my first alignment today. but, i plan to install a 10mm spacers for the rear in the future, do i need to do alignment again with the spacers?or will that be fine?

you shouldn't have to re-align just for the spacer. just make sure you clean the hub surface really well before you put the spacer on (and also the back of the wheel) so you get a good solid fit.

but you aren't changing camber or toe, just the total offset of the wheel, so a new alignment isn't needed.

If you didn't change anything except adding spacer, you will not need an alignment. That's contingent on the fact your car is aligned already.
