Calling all Morr VS8 owners...

Hey Morr VS8 owners.......

I just wanted to ask you guys if you have actually noticed any increase in acceleration, improvements to handling, etc, since putting on the Morr Rims, given that there is a claimed "38% reduction in unsprung weight".......

I love those rims, and I bought Yankis69s from here, (a great guy, btw), and I'm going to be mounting 'em in a couple of weeks.....

So anything that you've noticed vs other/stock wheels?

Thanks!

If you have trained senses for well tuned car's and suspensions, you will notice a very big difference with the MORR wheels.

It was one of the best things I did to my last E92 335. My stupid ass went and sold them. I am so mad about it!!

You'll notice a difference. Wrap them in some RE-11s and you'll be in heaven

You will notice a difference. The lighter wheel plus lighter rubber (non-runflats) will allow the suspension to react quicker to inputs. I also noted a slightly better response in breaking, since I now have less mass to control. I really couldn't notice any difference in acceleration.

Enjoy your wheels, and post some pics when you get them mounted

thanks for the responses guys!

Ya, I'm not expecting any kind of night and day difference, but any little diff for the better is always accepted....

I have LOVED these wheels from the very beginning....even before I bought my e93, I had picked out Morr wheels, vs7s at first, but then they went and came out with the vs8s.....I used to lurk on the GB thread all the time, lol....

Can't wait to get them mounted! only another week or 2.....I'm putting em on Falken FK452s....after much research on here, I figure they're the best all-around tire for my purposes.....

Thanks again guys, and it will be nice to FINALLY join the Morr sub-group on here, lol....

Hey guys, I'm having my Morr vs8s installed tomo, just wondering if anyone had any issues with installing their TPMS on the rims? The guy at the shop told me he's not sure if they'll fit cause the inner lip is so small...any tips?

Never had problems with TPMS on either my VS7s or VS8s, you should be fine. Please make sure the shop is competent, don't want to damage those beauties

Morr makes some very nice wheels. Losing that weight at all four corners is never a bad idea IMO.
