SINGLE TURBO N54 IDLE SURGE HELP

Had this issue out of no where today coming from work and then sitting in my driveway for a few minutes.

Idle starting surging back and forth out of no where, I reset adaptations on MHD for throttle body thinking that would be the issue but unfortunately no fix

I did pull codes and this is what came up, the 02 codes have been there often due to doc race N54 first gen manifold, so disregard those and injector calibration has been on for a while also just haven’t addressed the issue

But no CEL at all! Any help is very appreciated 🤝
