I think the mudflaps actually work nicely on the E91 (have them on ours)... on the sedan or coupe though, I don't think they would work.

I can attest that they do. We have an E90 without flaps, and the E91 with... and I wash them both... the mud flaps keep the car much cleaner and protect against those little chips from rocks kicked up by the tires.

Interesting concept! I would need the roof rails and/or CF roof. It might also need something in the lower body to provide a visual departure from the white panels... either a very interesting side skirt or even black mud flaps (here we go again with the mud flaps).

I agree, needs roof rails and mud flaps.
![]() Personally I'd also prefer a standard E91 Sport bodykit with only the bulge on the bonnet (required for clearance). Ultimate stealth for those encounters at traffic lights. ![]()

Don't like mudflaps - I took those off both my E46 coupes!
I had the CF roof and railings as layers on my .psd file, might make those visible then repost. I would be tempted to build this with a 335i Touring and some E90 M3 front panels and 19' reps. Actually with the M3's flared front guards, OEM 220M wheels might fit! |
