So what mod's did you order over the winter, or are you still drawing up your shopping list ?

Shopping list for now is as follows: Procede - hoping it'll be here before the weekend *fingers crossed* 30% Tints within the next 2 weeks or so. Haven't decided if I'm going to go for a coilover system just yet... I may do that later in the summer though since I'm going on vacation this year. Then eventually some cat-less downpipes and an intake... haven't decided which ones yet.

Your ride is so clean and made me miss my cosmo black E46. I am not from a RSX-S but I also have a 04 6sp TSX. I have hondata reflash, dc header, comptech intake, ur pullery, a-spec suspension, comptech ssk, comptech rear sway, spoon front tower bar, 18" Volk TE37 and some exterior mods. And I got 186whp(before hondata reflash) and a E60 530i was also doing a dyno together which only got 180whp.
I won't say my TSX can walk away from a E46 330i but at lease not slower than it. But the TSX really made my E46 328i drive like a Ford Focus, just the super smooth 6sp Manual tranny is already 10 folds better than the crappy 5sp MT on my E46. Actually, it still better than the 6sp MT on my 335i too. When I went to test drove the E9X, I test drove the 328i first and didn't feel it was ne better than my TSX until I was on the seat of the 335i then it became a total different story.... |

I still have my 06 TL 6-sp and I gave the wife a 335xi for Christmas/Valentine's. So I still have the best of both worlds.
The 335xi is so much more balanced than the TL, it's night-day difference. The 335 has BUCKETS more power. It doesn't get stuck in the snow. However, TL feels like the interior was designed with lots of thought and the quality of the materials are better than the BMW. -- The BMW has less 'gadgets' and some of the ergonomics are a nightmare. Jesus, the cup-holders must have been an afterthought for the german engineers! What's the point of having my cold bubble tea in front of the hot air vents on the dash during the winter?! Sheesh! Not to mention, this reminds me of the Subarus that put the cup holders RIGHT in front of the radio. |

TL is totally different than RSX-S & TSX. TL is a highway cruiser, is a american design, american build luxury sedan that power & luxury is the only concern. On the other hand, RSX & TSX are import from Japan that you can see them on the track very often. No doubt my 335i is out handle my TSX but at least it is on par with my old E46 328i sp. BTW, the new 09 TL-S will come with SH-AWD.

Seeing that I have both, if you asked me to do it over again tho... I'd go AWD... and if you say the TL-S comes with SH-AWD, I'd get that. NEVER again will I buy a FWD car. AWD or 4WD is the only way I'm going to go now. I guess you don't see the true benefit until you experience both.
