Anyone have any idea how to get the scratches out? Must have been from the previous owner's dog. If not, does anybody have any experience with the dealership replacing it? Thanks. Sorry if scratches are faint in the photo. Hard to get good lighting to bring out black on black scratches like those.

I have my german shepherd in the back of my car, no big deal. Its not like it makes the car faster if u get rid of it and its small ones not like a gash so just rub it or sth.

I've vinyl wrapped mine to match the oem material. The covers are held in with just clips.

UPDATE: can easily pop tabs up on new part; however, I cannot get a good enough grip anywhere to pop them up while they are still in the console. If someone wants to take a video or pic of their method. It'd be greatly appreciate. Little bit worried about damaging the center console if I push much harder.

You pry them one at a time where the little cutout (groove) is. Preferably with a plastic pry tool but a flat head will work. Just be slow and firm and slowly work it open. If you go to hard/fast then you could break it
