I was surprised by the weight of the 710s. That is almost as heavy as the HRE, and the 710 is only 18" whereas the HRE is 20". Did not realize they were that heavy.

Most people don't realize that wheels are a performance item if they weigh less than stock. I'm about 10lbs less per corner. The weight difference is apparent when I'm driving. The car feels more nimble. Most people only go for looks and don't worry about weight. This is the reason I didn't go with the LM-R, even though it is my favorite wheel.
Trust me, go for light weight wheels.

Johan, do you know the weights of the Yokohama Kreutzer Series Xi? Can you guys get 'em?

I think that they are quite light for 20" wheels too, with those thick 6 spokes.

I think so too. After looking at my 19" G2s over and over during the weekend to decide if I want to part, I was truly amazed by how awesome the wheels look. I finally made up my mind and took them to Fedex today though.

can you weight the VMR V714, and also what is the weight difference between the OEM style 156 16" and the vmr v714 19"?
