I also don’t want to drop over the stock (M-Sport) suspension - it’s already kind of low for the roads here. I assume the Special Actives trade a bit of performance for handling? If so that’s fine - I was going to go with the stock dampeners (B4) anyway, so any upgrade is just a nice-to-have... |

I didn’t have an exact match, tried a smaller and larger one, no dice. I moved the upper radiator hose around and it started to leak, so it was the o ring on the upper radiator hose. Cool, the kit has large o rings that should solve the leak. But of course, the worm gear clamp on the small nipple won’t budge and there goes the nipple. New upper radiator hose and all is well. I was going to try a generic set like you mentioned, but came across an E90 specific set on the 'Zon... hopefully it will have the right one! Back up plan is one of those Dorman end pieces! Right now just a little bit of moisture around the fitting, so it's still leaking... but less than 1% of what it was earlier! |

They sell the end pieces for hose separately? Do you have a link? My upper radiator hose o ring looked ok, one part of the o ring wasn’t as exposed as the rest but still passed over the plastic lip. I have replaced these o rings on the hoses in the past though with good success |

The injector cleaner should arrive within the week and get emptied into the tank. Rough idle's still there but not as severe, no more EML and engine doesn't turn itself off. Once I drive off, it disappears. BTW, it's almost as if the car doesn't like stop and go traffic. She's been behaving after long runs |

This weekend I finally did the chrome delete. I was nervous to begin but it went very well (those felt gloves made the job easy). Now it's sitting in the sun to cure the wrap. Next is to wash, clay bar, ceramic wax (wheels included) and ready for the summer season.

On Sunday, I finally did the brake fluid flush, changed the oil, and put the summer tires on. Was having a hard time with the Motive at first so visions of the dealer having to do it were in my mind, but luckily the Motive started to seal properly...
