Buying an E90, or 1, or 2
Where's the best place to start browsing. I had an E90 for a long time, I am looking for a 335 this time and using as my daily/HPDE/Instructor Taxi car... Where's the most comprehensive place to search for them?

The e9x chassis only supported the 335i on the E90 (sedan), E92(Coupe) and E93 (vert). Sadly, a factory E91 (wagon) 335i isn't available.
Beyond the usual Autotrader I'd be on CL, BMWCCA and here. It sounds like you know what to look for in cars so anyplace really would work. If you want a lot more reliability look for a late model N55 based turbo model. If you want even more reliability you'll need to consider 328i. It sounds like you're going to be asking a lot from this car (reliability sounds important) so just be sure you know what the turbo model's weaknesses are and either address them once buying or make sure they were done ahead of time. Happy hunting! |

Found mine using primarily Autotemptest to help search multiple websites at once. Also, carfax seemed to have listings I wasn't seeing on other websites as well.

OK, thanks guys, seems like I'm on the right track.
Yeah I always as a lot from my cars. My used cars usually end up with a roll cage. LOL
