Doubt / Problem in Brico Audio BMW
Hello people,
I have a 2011 BMW E91 320d with a Car Information Computer (CIC) system, a professional navigation system and a Harman Bluetooth BMW Combox. https://ibb.co/b54YPw7 https://ibb.co/QMhwS6T My problem is the following: Water has leaked from the floor of the car and the subwoofer under the passenger seat has broken, which I was able to access without problem. https://ibb.co/8sHzxwm I have the problem when I try to remove said speaker from the plastic support that it carries and I am going crazy performing this operation, so let's see if someone could give me a hand with this and since we are now, what model of speaker would you recommend to replace with this. https://ibb.co/4j32Rd2 Thank you very much and greetings! |

If you have the base system which has the 6.5 inch speakers they are
glued in . At the next level system they are 8 inch are screwed in. When people upgrade this problems always comes up . Most just say to Gorilla it out. Trouble is the Base system underseats and doors are parallel wired and most anything you would put in would require amplification with a seperate channel for the doors and floors. If you read the base system upgrade thread some of them go over what people have done to get the speaker out. Next thread show how. https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1406775 A heat gun might help to loosen the glue. http://www.e90post.com/forums/attach...5&d=1493273253 by the way whats brico? https://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1884512 Last edited by ctuna; 01-03-2022 at 04:49 PM.. |
