What do you currently drive?
This place is pretty dead, so let's talk about your current ride. I'll start.
I have a 2007 Honda Accord V6 Coupe with Nav, a 1986 Ford F150 4x4, and a beautiful 1961 VW Beetle convertible. Here are a few pics. |

Great thread, really cool VW also! I've always had an itch for a '60s bug done up cal-custom style, mostly stock with wide whites and hubcaps, but slammed with a surf rack and a couple of boards up top. Maybe someday...
My daily driver is a 1990 325i (Whitey) that proudly wears every one of its 265,000 miles (original drivetrain, original clutch!). I've known it since it was new, it's actually the first BMW I ever rode in at the ripe old age of 13 (there, I just dated myself). Bought it from the original owner about a year ago for the princely sum of $750.00. My fair weather/BMW CCA event car is a 1986 745i (Vader) with just over 100k on the clock. I've owned it since 1999, and am not sure if I'll ever sell it. Here it is at a recent Show n' Shine where it won "Best 4 Door", thank you very much. My former daily driver now project car is an '84 318i (Betsy. Uh, my wife named that one). Currently in storage, no digitized pics at the moment. Occasionally my wife allows me to drive her 2002 WRX (Rex). |

My current daily driver is a 1991 318is, but we also have a 2005 Volvo V70 in the garage for family duty.
For most of my life I drove VW Golfs and GTIs... My last one, a 1990 GTI And before that I had this 84 Convertible And a few years back a 2000 Golf TDI I tend to like them small and German. I also seem to gravitate to cars with round headlights. Range Rover Classic is on my wish list as well, go figure.

my 2004 Z4. Funny pic, it had just arrived to the dealer transported up from Port of Houston. Check out the shipping chocks- the car's riding about 2-3" high. Yes, I added chrome exhausts. Photo taken in a gigantic security holding lot of BMW's, Mini's and VW's.

I've got a silver on black 1999 328i, just recently acquired. I'll try to post pics later. It sits beside our new Honda Odyssey.
The 328i replaced my 2004 TSX (silver on black), which, despite good reviews, I found dreadfully boring. It's an Accord in wolf's clothing... Before the TSX I had a 2000 Jetta VR6 (black on black) - loved that car. It had all kinds of torque, although the stock suspension was a little soft. The Jetta replaced my 1995 Miata (red on black) - also loved that car, especially at a time when chasing skirts was my sole purpose in life. It was my first new car, bought just as I started my career... Good times... Before the Miata I had a 1991 Sentra to get me through school, which replaced an accidented 1985 Jetta GLI. I hated to see the Jetta go.... And finally, my very first car was my Mom's discarded 1982 Honda Accord hatchback... Whooohoooo... |

I drive a 2005 MINI Cooper S with a variety of subtle improvements and about 8500 miles remaining on my partially voided warranty:wink: . I couldn't be happier with the MINI. Time spent longing for a 135 is like cheating.
