Damn, well I didnt think about it at the time and I cleared all the codes..I thought they may have been triggered by the JB+ so I didnt want the dealer to see them. So what do you think I can say to the dealer now to have them replace my HPFP?

a bad hpfp would prolly explain your dyno results too. I'd take out the jb+ and bring it to the dealer about the car not starting or takes a long time to start. I def. wouldn't beat on it until its fixed.

I wouldn't say HPFP for sure - there are no 2FBF codes which are usually associated with the fuel pump failing. It looks like cylinder 1 may have a bad plug or bad coil and is misfiring, could also be bad gas.
The 29D9 is an odd one that isn't reported too much - did you have a really low tank of gas recently, can't find an explanation for that code anywhere.

Whats up man, you going to have to think carefully what malakies you going to tell them. Start by saying the car wont start and it keeps having to crank irregularly. If they chase you away then wait for the codes to pop up and take it in. There is a chance that the fuel pump in the tank is faulty and not the HPFP that sits in the front.

I'd start with the simplest, cheapest fix, which is the spark plugs. Change the cylinder 1 plugs with fresh ones and see if the problem persists. If so, then switch the coils from cylinder 1 to 2 to see if the problem follows to the new cylinder or it stays.
If it stays the same no matter what you do, then it can be either the HPFP or the injector.

I believe another HPFP is P3090, which you don't appear to have.... yet.
