BMW of Bayside
please take a look at http://www.dealerrater.com/dealer/BM...de-review-153/ BMW of Bayside is one of the highest rated BMW dealers in the Metro NY Market. We are working hard to change the past reputation of this dealership.
BMW of Bayside has new management team that is completely focused on customer satisfaction. If you have any problems you contact me directly or ask for Marlo Bellizzi our Service Manager. Bill Finsilver 516-304.3740 direct dial Marlo Bellizzi 516.304.3710 direct dial |

Your score is a 4.4. There are about 8 dealerships with higher scores, about 4 of them within 20 miles that are higher. |

Thanks all. Yes, I realized the changes that they made in Sales. I just purchased a 335xi from them. It's only been 5 days, but I am loving the car. I haven't had the opportunity to try the service depart, so I hope they got better as you guys describe.

bmw BAYSIDE sucks the used car dept. on northern blvd and 214 street... they are selling a white 4 door M3 with red interior. in Feb. the car listed online for 47K in the beginning of march the car went to 51K WTF.... yesterday the car went back to 47k.. note if you live in queens check the car out... its bin damaged hood and roof. You can see the body work sanding marks through the clear coat when I asked questions they denied any knowledge. When I pointed out the marks I was then told the car was fix poorly and they know the history hmmmm

I remember getting service there once, the service manager and master tech came out on a ride with me in my car so that I could demonstrate my problem. All the while both of them were jumping all over me telling me there is no problem and it was all in my head. Yup in my head.
Went to another dealership within about 20 minutes of there, they instantly diagnosed the problem just from my description (not having looked at the car yet). Had it fixed for me by the end of the next work day and I was on my way.

I beautiful 335xi M-sport coupe with all the desirables (Red leather, 6mt, aluminum trim, nav) caught my eye the other day at their CPO center on Northern between Bell and Springfield. I immediately parked my car and went inside to take a look. When I walked and took a closer look at the car, I was immediately disappointed - the fitments of both bumpers were REALLY off, like the car had been in an accident, the BMW roundel on the steering wheel was effing seriously dented, and the grill looked quite crooked. In addition, not a single salesperson even gave me a second of their time to potentially make a sale. There was also a used 6/m6 next to it which had a hood that couldn't close completely on display. Seriously, what kind of POS dealership is this? If you aren't going to at least give me some attention, at least make sure the cars you are trying to pawn off as "like-new" are actually "like-new."
Pathetic excuse of a dealership. At least the LI/NJ dealerships treat their used/CPO's well and don't present them as complete, dilapated pieces of junk. |

^^ Agreed. That place is a piece of shit. They tossed me to Lucy or whatever the hell her name is just because i walked through the door Asian and she's Asian as well. Bitch didn't even bother talking to me about negotiating the MSRP down. Went to the service center, It's comparable to the DMV. The line is ridiculous and waited 3 hours and got frustrated and asked if my car was ready. Got a piece of paper stating, i didn't drive the car often enough, NO WORKER TO EVEN EXPLAIN TO ME.

Worst dealership ever, especially the Pre-owned and service department. The fucking rat in my neighborhood bite off my oil sensor wire, they charge me over $300 for fixing it. Seriously? I told them no thank you. Then I fixed it by paying $40 to a regular repair shop.
This dealership is a joke, stay away from them at all cost. |
