This... this... THIS is your first post???!!!
Either way around it, There are people out there who have done the dual exhaust setup on the 328. It is not as straightforward as it seems since there is an extra storage compartment down there for the 328 owners instead of space for the right exhaust. Once you can figure out the dual exhaust setup then you can easily figure out the quads... Why dont you just go for the BMW Performance Exhaust for the 328 instead Mr. Hollywood?...

Your main show stopper will be the lack of room under there for the two mufflers.

IMO if you're going through all that trouble you might as well get quads

Well to actually help you out what you can do is a muffler delete and there is enough room to run a pipe over to the passenger side between the storage box and the bumper then bending the pipe 90* to exit. You can also do it without the delete but you'd need to buy a new muffler. I'm about to do quads on mine ill take some shots while doing it to show you what i mean

You can buy the smaller storage compartment to get some extra room in the back near the passenger side.
The driver side is okay, it takes a good muffler shop to do it. Expect 2-3 hrs of labor atleast. I have done it without the need of purchasing another smaller compartment. But my installer said he wont do it again. its too much work.
