Probably get my car back this week....
My SA called me today saying that they got a fuel pump for me...
Supposedly there were 3 people ahead of me waiting for it...but since i threatened to Lemon the car BMWNA got scared and bumped me up the list... totally speculating, but it might be that...why else would i get mine before everyone else? today would be 3 weeks...and they are installing it on the car right now or something... iatacs19, ur pump is next to go..

Uh oh, sounds like a hypochondriac..
From what I hear, your car kinda gives out on you a little when accelerating over a couple of days and the next thing you know, you're stranded on the beltway calling BMW Assist... Good to hear, Spool, any luck ditching that thing you had? starts w/ a P and ends with a broken fuel pump...

Bad news if not his...
bad news if his... no win situation on that one. In any case, a child seat does fit in the rear. That is good news!

That's a late build...I thought the early ones were the affected ones? Mine was built in October, I have 5000miles and it's still going strong...That's some really sporadic batch of bad fuel pumps!!!
