Juice Box Stage 2 0-60 runs
After seeing Catdog's 0-60, 1/4 mile times with his JBS2 I decided to go out and see if I could duplicate them. After a couple of days driving around with the juice box I was already getting used to the power so I wanted to see what the difference was from my stock times. Unfortunately I did not have room to do 1/4 mile runs so for now all I've got is 0-60. My best stock 0-60 ever was a 5.08. That is out of about 30 runs.
Today, on my second run I hit a 4.52 0-60 with a 2.13 60ft. More than a half second improvement over stock..not bad. Keep in mind also that these runs were done in 95 degree south Florida weather with someone who is not very skilled in launching this car . With a better launch and cooler weather I should easily hit low fours. 93 octane, no other mods except for 2nd cat/res. delete. |

That's an excellent 0-60 with a 2.13 if you can get it lower to 1.8-1.9 then |

I am quite concerned about the reported occasional limp mode, not because of the incovenience but because it can be a very dangerous occurence to lose power when you don't expect it under some circumstances, such as when passing on a 2-lane highway, and suddenly you get limp mode with a car heading you way, or in the middle of an intersection, etc. Let's also please focus on the products so that this thread does not get closed like so many others. |

Not totally off thread, but jcarlucci1 do you like your VPC? What did you pay? Thanks. Nice times. Who would think we all would be driving cars with the capability to be around 4.5s 0-60 and 1/4 mile around 13.0s (12.5 no less with MaxBoost's run)!?!?! Cars are fun!

I don't have the Juice Box, or the Procede. However, I think making statements like that are a little ridiculous. It's too early to tell whether or not the Juice Box will turn out to be a dangerous product. I think you just might be in love with your Procede, and a little over-anxious to defend it against the competition (Juice Box, Xede, etc.). That being said, I can't blame you. From what I have been reading on here, it seems like the Procede is hands down the most popular/most impressive product out there right now. I am considering getting a Procede for myself. I'm just waiting a little longer to see what Dinan comes out with. :rocks:

I love it..It seems to be very accurate..been matching magazine times almost exactly, not only on my cars, but others as well. I bought mine on Ebay for about $40..I believe even the new ones are only about $100. There are more expensive versions that allow you to download times to your computer, etc. but I didnt really need that.

What exactly is the Juice Box? I have been away from most of the forums over the summer but I do remember the Terry Tuner. Is this $349 thing a resistor in a box like his original contraption? A PM would be fine so as to not close the thread.

I'll tell you what..when you can post better numbers than me with your procede you'll never see another jb post from me again. Until then stop being such a hater and try to contribute something worthwhile instead of intentionally trying to get my thread closed.
