Tpms inactive problem

So I just replaced all of my tpms sensors and did the reset. Everything works for days but then from time to time it all of a sudden says "inactive." What could be the problem if all the sensors are new?

Did you make sure to get the correct tpms sensors? The LCI models use a different sensors than the pre-LCIs.

I get this same problem from time to time too. Every few days it will pop up. In the tpms window on idrive it shows all 4 tires green but still message keeps popping up saying to reset it.

Which part number sensors are you using for the new set?

I'm not sure about the part number but I bought the sensors off Carid.com, at the moment the sensors became active again. I'm thinking it has to do something with the receiver instead

I had removed the front bumper a few months ago. Where exactly is the receiver located? Maybe It unplugged or got loose?

Car ID sells the ORO-Tek sensors, 99% chance they don't work correctly, its a known issue.
