I have a 2006 e90 325i. I installed some angel eyes bulb, they are white, but in the daytime you can hardly see them. I also install Daeos from Jlevisw, so my angel act as daytime running lights.

What I am trying to accomplish is the 2011 e92 angel eyes brightness/look during the daytime.

Has anyone done this on a 2006? or does anyone know how to accomplish this with breaking the bank?

sell your car and get a new e92

Do a search for LED angel eyes, LUX is a favorite. LED AEs tend to be brighter and keep the rings more consistently colored than halogen bulbs. I don't know too too much about the e90 AEs since I have an e92 and usually ignore the e90 AE threads, but there's a wealth of information on here about numerous brands of LED AEs.

I'll tell u right now the only way you are going to get the brightness of the 2011 e92 angels during the day are getting a 2011 e92 or breaking the bank with the OSS/LS3 options.

I have the OSS design/predator Orion angel eyes retrofit from Umnitza and they are amazing! They are very crisp and clear during the day and just remarkable at night, easily comparable to 2011 eyes

These are not nearly as visible as OSS nor will they give you the 2011 angel eye look. You're not going to get that look buy using an LED to reflect & refract the light. Need to get LED's built into the angel eyes if your looking to emulate the 2011 look.

I agree. EAS AEs rings (with ~240 individual led) are really nice and bright. As for viewing stickies and websites, don't act upon pictures because the lighting/exposure and conditions are never the same so my advice would be that if you were to purchase lighting, go to local meets and check out the lighting in person.
