d Day at the Track
Back in late November, I got to take the d to Road Atlanta, courtesy of a birthday present from my wife. I just got my pictures from the photog, thought I'd share a few. Already starting to plan for the next track opportunity!

Curious. I read that Audi found driving their R10 @ 3k rpms was the sweet spot. Did you find a particular rpm which worked well.for you? Also what gear did you find yourself driving in the most? Were there any instances where your Tq advantage became apparent?

Looks like awesome fun. Those open windows probably cost you an extra second a lap, though

Great pics! Looks like you had a blast.
Most HPDE require your windows down. Here at MMP they always do.

I had a very good time. I think the poster was goofing around, but you are exactly correct, it was required to drive with the windows down for wave bys - in my case, the Cobra!
