not trying to pick a fight just curious how do think 19's look small? I mean if you think 20's look good thats another thing but to say 19's look small on a 3 series seems really odd since majority of members run 19's.

20x9 front ET34 and 20x10 rear ET32... I had two set's of 19's with my HRE C20's and BBS LM's then went with the HRE P40S, imo having run both 19's and 20's i wish i had gone 20's sooner just fills the wheelwell and looks better aesthetically. Opinions vary some guys prefer to buy rep's and cheap wheels then in turn complain how 19's bend, bottomline you get what you pay for like everything else in life. My point is I certainly wouldn't deter someone if you have not had both set up's. Hindsight is 20/20 i guess but I should have done the 20's all along!

the pic on my sig is sporting 20's, my tires were 245/30 front and 285/25 rear. 20's is just a personal preference. u can have some aggressive set of 18's and can look better than 19's or 20's

Lol of course this looks good; custom painted BBK with 5 star wheels to show off the caliper. . . . AMAZING.
But on a 335i with stock ugly brakes and without the fender flare 20's are difficult to pull off and sometimes looks a little ricey with the extreme tuck... that being said Craig's heavily modded 335i pulls them off supremely.. 6k wheels, 1k Vorsteiner lip, M3 skirts, BBK and drilled rotors definitely helps dress up that wheel well and surrounding areas nicely lol. Moral of my story, if you want to go big with 20's surround it with some necessary mods... |
