you should be fine for most of the underground parking lots, just go up includes on an angle and be slow/careful. There is usually so much traffic/pedestrians anyways, so its not like you can go fast anywhere. The poor quality of the roads is the biggest drawback of a performance suspension - ride quality goes to $hit

I have the same car as you, This was my first winter with the car, dropped in KW v1, run 16's for sometime and running 19's now. 1 finger gap. No issues at all.

I did Eibach Pro Kit and still had about 1.5 - 2 finger gap on 18s. Only trouble I would get is over the really tall but narrow speed bumps (usually in crappy strip malls). I think generally you'd be fine with most modern facilities.

I had to raise mine back up a bit the day after I lowered it (one of the reasons I got KW is this flexibility). About a finger gap now - a little more at the rear to accomidate exactly what you're talking about. The ramp to my underground condo parking is steep and a was scraping with the perfect set up. I actually scrape under the middle of the car due to the sharp transition. My car still looks great but would like the rear a little lower - I'll do this once I move.

if the drive way has room, go in at 45 degrees. if the drive way is only a single lane, drive slowly and pray...

I am dropped pretty low and I don't have trouble with the front but with the sideskirts lol. My jackpad adapters are all scraped from going over speedbumps and underground even at an angle slowly.
