Load Bars for E91 Compatible with Yakima or Thule Accessories
Help. I am taking delivery of my E91 Wagon this week. My wife wants to go skiing over Christmas. I convinced here the car was big enough for the 2 kids & equipment if we get a roof box, compared to the Volvo XC70 I am replacing. I don't like the Yakima steel bars, the plastic cracks and the steel rusts. I have bike carriers for both yakima and thule. I need load bars which can attach these brands, but they don't have them available yet. Has anybody solved this problem?? |

spec,
I got my e91 in November, and just mounted some Thule Crossroad 450 racks combined with LB50 load bars. The system mounts to the factory rails and is easily removable. Furthermore, it allows me to swap the entire system off my e91, and onto my '95 Land Rover Discovery in about 10 min. Good luck |
