slight vibration in steering wheel at 80mph
Is this normal to have a slight vibration in the steering wheel when you go around 80mph . When ever I get on the highway and start to drive fast i feel the wheel shaking a bit.
Does anyone else notice this or is it just my car??? |

Has this always happened on your car or is it something that just started recently? Is it at every time you hit 80mph? If not, it can be certain roads that you are on. If it is, and the vibration only happens at 80mph..you may want to have your wheels rebalanced.

It should be pretty obvious that's not normal. Check your tires for wear, pressure, balance, and alignment.

Did you recently change wheels/tires, or lowered the car?

I had a flat a month ago but i patched it up the tire never was flat. while it had a nail in it I kept it full of air. It might need a balance I guess. Do i have to go to BMW to get ti done or is it fine just to go to mr tire.
