Have you checked your com port settings? That's usually the culprit.

Can anyone in this thread update my firmware?? I live in Fairfax, willing to travel a little to you if I have to. Let me know possibly this weekend if someone's around. I'm not doing shiet!

Email Terry at BMS. Their customer service is second to none. They almost always respond within a few hours (not sure about the holiday weekend).
