They are way more of a tight knit group then what Sacramento has going on. Every time that I go out for a drive I see numerous 3 series but I guess they are just not on this forum. I know that for my group in TN/KY we made a FB page and grew our numbers rather substantially. I guess its just a different kind of group since the majority were military. Bay area seems to have something every Friday with the late night coffee. Something to look forward too whereas here there is nothing planned, ever. Ran into an M6 last night along with a 335is I believe and a 335i yet no chatter about it.

For now it's cosmetically done. (Front Bumper, side skirts, rear bumper, trunk, hood, wheels).



Next will be a full force phase of cosmetic (Tune, LSD, Exhaust, DP, Intercooler, etc). Will most likely start the performance overhaul mid july or so.

there is a Sac Valley meet, every 2nd Sunday of the Month. Its been dead lately but think it will get better because we have great weather now.

Well in my opinion the first thing to do is to get people active on here. Once things start getting discussed , more attention will be received on the Sacramento thread. The facebook page for us was awesome since it was easy to organize events and a large majority of people have it. In KY/TN we would meet up at the walmart parking lot and *cruise* down to Nashville and meetup with our buddies down there for coffee or just to b.s. Only money spent was on gasoline merely because that was the nearest biggest city. I guess it will be a lot easier once people actually get to know people by name and face not there screen name on here. I hitup sacramento raceway yesterday. It was a decent turnout. Two BMW's. A z series and a 328i. I was the only 335i there, well that I saw. I spoke to both guys but they weren't active on the forum. Womp womp. There is that drive coming up on July 1st too. I met M3Dragon, the organizer for the event, at EuroSunday. Great guy so if we can start doing things like that it will be great in the long run.

i do meet a few 335i owners from time to time and ask if they are on here, so far all have never heard of Bimmer Post. So i give them the web address (e90post.com) and my screen name in hopes of building the Sac Thread.

If enough people get on, then I'm down for a cruise or two. When I had my e36 M3, back when EuroSunday was just getting started, I went on a few cruises. If I remember correctly, M3Dragon is Adam? He had the E46 with CSL everything?

Damn people coming out the wood works now. Well I do not have a facebook either as I think it is the most annoying thing in the world however, it does have its uses when trying to reach out to the masses. I do the same thing. I try to *recruit* I guess you can say. I too have spoken to numerous 3 series owners around here in the area and none of them have heard about e90post. Even at sac raceway it was the same.

Yeah it is Adam, he also has a white 1m. That thing is clean. I couldn't believe how small it was on the inside. Looks like a fun car to drive.

Name is Rene' btw. Like I said I am only here on vacation so I have one week and some change left. If anyone wants my number PM me I am down. I usually get fed up staying at the parents house when i'm visiting so I go cruising up and down 99, 80, 50, 5 all that nonsense either to find a run or just to drive around.

BasherE90: For those dates I will be in the L.A area as I will be attending HIN at the convention center. What would be badass is if a large group got together and drove on down. Hell maybe even some of the bay area guys would get in on it. I haven't been to it since they last showed in San Mateo haha I was like 15?

JGMods- Last time I was here, when I met you at sonic, I drove down to the coffee shop for the Friday night meet but it was odd since I had no idea who the hell everyone was. I didn't want to just walk in and be like where the f* are all the bimmer drivers haha.

Maybe all the Sac people may want to cruise to the bay for their meet or we can try something of our own?
