330d - Hooligan video added Page 2. Loving it!
Bought for the daily grind but that hasn't stopped me having some fun with it.
As it arrived: Rear lights got the all red treatment, gloss black griles fitted: Changed the shifter for BMW performance part: Boot spoiler added: LED sidelight bulbs: Had a bash at covering the interior trims in alcantara: Changed the wheels and ditched the run flat tyres: Last edited by bsd; 07-17-2012 at 04:29 PM.. |

.... BMW Performance steering wheel to continue the alcantara theme:
and to bring it bang up to date, some 18" M3 rims that I intend to run as winters. I'm just using them until the Michelin PS2's are spent, then I'll throw some Michelin Alpins on: It's needing both bumpers painted, I think they were painted in the past - unfortunately it is now flaking off! Once that is done I'll machine polish it. I'll probably change the rear bumper diffuser at the same time. |

A friend had bought an M3 style one for his E92 from the same seller, it was also spot on. |

R32 and a B7 RS4 - so i'm used to biblical levels of note. The quality is good, i'm hoping once the DPF is ditched it will sing a little more. It's very wooshy just now - a bit like a jet engine? Any performance gains are not that noticeable. Looks nice when it's clean! I'm a fan of the size and cut of the pipes. |

I'm more active on VW forums, but no longer own a VW.... Think this one will be staying for a while. I'm mighty impressed with it, and a whole lot less stressed out on my daily commute of 140 miles. It eats miles effortlessly! |

I changed the discs all round for these:
Piranha black jobbies. I went steady to bed them in but unfortunately they warped badly aafter 1500 miles. I'm back on oem discs which are far better. |

Car looks great. Not seen those M3 wheels on a normal e90 before. Any side pics?
I like the gear shifter - how much is one of those? Are they easy to fit?

The shifter was around £80 as I remember. Really easy to fit - a firm tug upwards is all it takes! |

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/RED-TAIL-L...item43b177c79d and then 3 coats of clear lacquer from halfords. I only tinted the portion of the light that is mounted on the bootlid. I hated the Mitsubishi Carisma-esque look of the reversing lights. Did my friends 320d too: |
