Need help regarding issues after control arm install...

I just installed new Meyle HD Thrust Arms, Lower Control Arms (Wishbones) and HD Tie Rod ends all according to the DIY posted on the board and had an alignment done by BMW immediately afterward.

I'm now experiencing significant steering wheel chatter between 50 and 60mph. I also have new tires but they all have been road force balanced and checked for roundness, all were good.

I torqued the bushing ends of the arms down with the front wheels on ramps. Could this be the problem? Should I loosen and re-torque them with the wheels on the ground or could the problem be on the ball joint end?

I'm at a loss and any help would be greatly appreciated.
