replace waterpump and thermostat
ended up paying shop $944 for the job ;/

Man if your pretty hands on there's a great DIY on this. I done mine with a fellow bimmer member and it really wasn't that hard and I'm no mechanic lol. I bet if u have a friend with some tools and a lil knowledge u guys can knock it out together and maybe throw him a couple of bucks for helping out......

my dealer charged $1080. I paid $50, I don't know how anyone on here can drive a 335i w/out extended warranty. I bought my 335i w/ 70k miles, first thing I did was buy extended warranty. only $150 a month for 18 months.

my extended warranty was 5580 and only covered 1 yr or 15,000 miles so i passed on it.

5580 for 1 year? What a rip off, you got to go third party man. i paid $2.9k for 5 years 100k miles from current mileage. Endurance Warranty. Also, it's a payment plan you pay 150 a month for 18 months and then that's it.

my warranty is endurance. haven't had any issues with them. obviously if you heavily modify your car and tell them you tune your car they will not cover it. that's why I put my car to stock if I need to bring it in.

how to u like endurance? i got a letter from them not too long ago since my warranty expired, but i read a lot of bad reviews so i kinda just forgot about it.
