RB Turbo Logs, e30 90% Meth , looks pretty

I have had RBs for a little while now and without any custom files from T at all, or any tweaks outside of a few adjustments I made within the jb4 program I have gotten very healthy looking logs and nice VD numbers (should be taken very lightly, but do show its making some nice power though).

BMS e85 RB flash map, g5 iso, VSRF IC, BMS Meth Kit 2.2gal Trunk tank, BMW Perf exhaust and BMS DCI ... 6AT ... Stock LPFP and i have vargas' HPFP and rail

255/40/18 Mich PSS on the rear is why the diameter is a bit larger... 235/40/18 PSS on the front

I will be doing some 60-130s soon and as the weather cools in NY ill get to the strip...

This is a testament as to how strong and good your car can be with just a OTS bms flash and g5 iso...

ehh VD is not reliable nor anything to brag about but id be surprised to see many other n54s with 540ish on VD....

before these my car would say 450whp on VD.... so there is an obvious increase from logging on the same strip of road.

But i never dynoed on a dynojet before hand.... Im going to hit a dynojet sometime soon.. my wife is due with our first child next week so ill be off for a bit so I can take a ride down to a local dyno one day after we are settled... Im sure im well over 500 though with maxed 12 degrees of timing and 20 lbs that should be 520ish on dynojet and a higher 12xmph car......

this is literally with zero tweaks though lol kinda impressed myself.. logs look perfectly happy thanks to meth... i really should show post shift timing recovery as well because its awesome too... gotta look at the logs to see if i have any 3rd to 4th gear pulls to show the recovery...

def impressed with the RBs and tuning solution I am using...

a 636whp whippled n caged 08 gt500 and I went cruising yesterday and only after triple digit speeds did he go anywhere on me , it was pretty hilarious to see.

I agree. I have not seen many RB Turbo VD's, typically they are of competitors and come in around 450-470 IIRC. Good to see that you at least are putting down much more and more importantly seeing good deltas from old to new setup... well and even better than that keeping up with some serious street machines.

At doesn't like first to second too much which I won't even do any more. Been fine otherwise no hiccups.

Randomly I'll get an early up shift when I spin a lot but
that happened before

I'm actually flashing the tranny tomorrow hopefully that improves things in the long run.

What map are you on? Looks like you are around 18psi? Should be able to hit 19.5 no problem

My car is making a good deal less power than yours, and the alpina flash has helped alot with the 2-3 and 4-5 shift. Before my AT was not interested in the 2-3 WOT shift. So you should be in a great spot.

Don't you hate how when you are getting on it and let off how it stays in that gear instead of shifting up fast?

Yea... I know itll go up to 20 in short time

My car still has a few issues to iron out and im just getting logs to see how they look, had no intention of VD but got curious...

a good way to make sure the tuning is in line is by running enough octane for 21 down to 18, but start at 18 log log log see if its happy than slowly raise it until you see its not as happy or if it is stop where you are happy...

this is just map 3 with about a 60 or 65 additive.... and the lower power one is map3 with a lower additive.

My logs look alot like Robs who runs more aggressive boost and has seen great trap speeds and good VD numbers...

But the VD bs is simply that, bs... i didnt wanna start a vd posting trend but its good to see some strong graphs posted from everyone who has...
