I wouldnt say that at all compared to the N54 at least. N55 is probably the most complicated though. You have to remember they are increasing valve lift for more power, but also have to use the valve lift for the throttle so things do get a bit complex when dealing with valvetronic which the N54 doesnt have.. Also you can be safer when advancing the spark more in the N54 since it has DI, but have to be more careful with the N52 since it has injection earlier along the intake track.

A lot depends on how much data I can gather over the next couple of weeks. The read/write process is already done. Now it will just be a matter of finding all the relevant tables and creating good XDF files that will allow for easy tuning. Hate giving ETAs at this point. Might be able to give one later next week

If only this was out a year ago, already spent $700 on AA plus tool....oh well still enjoying the AA tune tho

This will give you the option to do both.. flash any pre-made tune, OR modify the parameters on your own to create yourself a full custom tune.
For custom, you'd probably want to go to a dyno shop and have someone tune your car. if you REALLY know what you are doing, you can do it yourself. |
