The only fuel system modification is our in-line LPFP. The car is not running methanol. Running straight e85. According to flexfuel sensor logs, ethanol content was 75%.

Shiv, These numbers are amazing! Exactly what I am looking for in my DD. Will you ever have a straight E85 map not requiring felxfuel kit?

The Procede user software that I'm releasing with these new maps do not require a flexfuel kit (although it is highly recommended given the variance in ethanol content). If you don't have a flexfuel sensor but you know the ethanol content that is in your fuel tank, you can imply input that number in a user adjustable menu and the Procede will adjust the tune as if it was reading that e% through the sensor.

The only fuel system upgrade you absolutely need is an upgraded LPFP. We recommend our in-line pump. But if one wants to test their luck with cheaper options, they can do so.

Can't wait to get my setup all installed, tonight I'm going to start running the aggressive maps with 50/50 mix and procedeflash. Then I should be picking up my 2 Step harness, flex fuel kit & LPFP upgrade tomorrow get those installed over the weekend and then join in on the testing of the new maps and firmware woot woot.

Yes but I believe she is capped around 600whp due to fueling limitations. Shiv tested out his regulator two shift sectors ago and was making around 680whp on straight e85, that's the highest number I've seen from a straight mix on the n54 thus far.

I wonder if the F10 injectors/pump are any different. That would be ground breaking. Just thinking out loud.

Hi Shiv, did you mean to say "new flexfuel kit?" Is there new hardware that you are using?

Yes indeed Just a new sensor that costs us a lot less. So the price of the kit is lower now ($595 vs $795). Details on the kit/tuning changes here:

Shiv I thought I'd come on here to beg our case for you bringing this tech over to the Ecoboost lineup. I've been busting my hump with my Ford Flex (yes, 5100lb Flex) and would love to see you port this over to our vehicles.
I'm running 12.3@109 on 50/50 E85 but recently upgraded my lift pump and I'm no longer mixing. I have installed 6 auxiliary injectors to accommodate no HPFP/DI injectors but it's all working well. I'd love to see your product implemented on the Ecoboost, especially with turbo upgrades coming out shortly.

Please, please, please help us!
Whatever you come out could be applied to the following vehicles:
Ford Focus ST, Fiesta ST, F150 Ecoboost (HUGE seller and aftermarket), SHO, Ecoboost Flex, Explorer Sport, Lincoln MKT, Lincoln MKS and soon the Expedition/Navigator.

I only came on here as I've called and emailed your company but no luck at all with trying to get my message across. I also can't PM you here so I'm trying this post in desperation.

Here's a video of my Flex racing at 5800' DA in Tucson. Better DA nets me mid 11's... Remember, 5100lbs!
