I certainly have no illusions that the car is capable of faster drag times and I'm sure 12's are possible with how I'm sitting. But I also recognize it won't be easy by any means. Until I get this beast on the rollers and see what it's really putting to the ground on saturday, I really won't have a good idea of where I'm at and what I can expect.

Nope, Vincent was the first...And I, with his mods, have also done the same, but took race gas, sticky tires, and a 1.9x 60' for me to get there. 110mph is my highest trap speed so far.
Rob, I think 12s are definitely doable for you with the XI, if I can do it with mine, then you should be able to, but I definitely wouldn't call them easy at our altitude. I am also an auto, which makes things a little easier too. |
