In that particular picture they are custom powder coated gunmetal.

We also offer our factory gunmetal painted finish as well as various gunmetal powder coated options (matte, gloss, texture, etc).

Just got this '09 a couple weeks ago, 45K on it. I fell in love with this color... Seems like most people with space grey have coupes

Video of some coding changes I did, and some photos. I replaced the H8 Bulbs for the angel eyes with some $30 a pair brand 7000K bulbs. I might do an LED upgrade at some point, but for $30 this is better than it was before (I had a bulb die so I needed to buy new ones anyway)
