BMW 320d 09 UPGRADES

Hey guys,

I currently own a 320d, I want more power and torque coming through the car, and was wondering what chip tune i should do, what engine upgrades i should do, what exhaust system that will bring power but make heads turn at the same time, PLEASE HELP ME

Why would there be? The car is turbo.
