Would be tempted if the mileage was higher. I do about 12-14k a year so would need a 15k allowance more than likely. I see what you mean about having to keep an eye out. Looking on that website and clicking on 'All BMW 2 Series Deals' and all it shows is 400+ deals lol. Christ knows how you found that £279 deal.

I just searched for M235i and scrolled down a bit!
Read my post from 8.05 this morning re mileage, you don't want a 15kpa lease.... Phone them to find the excess mileage charge. |

I saw your post re mileage, my thinking was that if I'm that close to the 15kpa threshold (like within 1000miles) it would be worth it to not have to pay the excess (£900 in your example) when I give the car back. But I see your point and of course it all depends on the excess mileage charge.

Got a couple of decent one's come in this evening:
VW Golf Match 1.6 TDI (fantastic spec) Stock cars and have to go this month £113 pm including vat. £2,400 including VAT deposit. 2 years and 5k pa. BMW 120d M sport 5dr (new LCI model) £265 including VAT pm 6+23 and 10k pa. There's offers across the board for the 1 series hatchback - except the 135i. Can't decide if this is a good deal or not....
Polo GTi Initial £1607.49 £178.61 per month £180 doc fee. 13.14ppm excess. 10k miles 12 week waiting time for factory order which isn't great but I reckon the GTi 5 door would be a very useful car....thoughts? |

Hopefully some one could answer this -
Do customers have to meet a certain criteria if they're new drivers? Certain age or number of years driving? Reason I ask is that me and the Mrs are looking at leasing now rather than owning, the only obstacle is that she got her licence in June this year, however she is 23 if that makes any difference. I would be getting the lease and have her as named driver possibly. Im not sure what leasing companies veiws are on this? Cheers for any help, Jason |

The only thing that will affect a lease is you being able to get the finance accepted. The lease will be on your name they wont care about who's insured to drive it.

Generally, they will ask for statements for any business contract hire - and it has to meet certain criteria ie established for x length of time. |
