Automatic Trans flush at 95k?

My car has about 95k miles on it and the dealer never changed the automatic transmission fluid.
As I have heard, sometimes it is best not to flush the old stuff at high mileage transmissions. Do you consider about 100k to be high mileage?
What are some recommendations?

Thanks! (First automatic car so clueless)

I just did mine yesterday at 160k, highway miles tho, with the pan/filter. No flush, just drain fluid, replace pan, and refill with new fluid.

it definitely shifts better smoother faster. gave it a bit of a romp too and no issues yet. there were some metal shavings in the old fluid/filter so any issues that do come up cannot be directly linked to the new fluid and filter. time will tell.
