Take a gander at the "Whos on the Don Juan" thread in this section, and the Sticky called, Ultimate tracking Guide, The 800 line and the ownwers circle on BMWUSA are notoriously behind the times. I was already tracking the progress of my ship across the ocean while the 800 number said I was " awaiting transportation " at the port in Bremerhaven. Check you Vin# against the auto cargo section of the Wallenius website 2.wglobal.com and see if it shows up..

If you have the correct VIN and enter it correctly on the WW website it will show up if they have the car in their possesion. Its case sensitive I believe.. But its a real time bill of lading, and they can track it almost like a UPS shipment..

no no no, I would def. say wait 3 or 4 days till after the ship has sailed to see if your VIN # appewars, it took 3 days for my VIN to show up. It actually said that my car was booked 3 days before it even showed up, don't give up!! keep hope alive!

My vin # showed up and even gave the time the car went on board the ship. Ditto the discharge time of day when it was released to the lot in the port of Charleston. It was up to date all the time. 800 number and owners circle were never up to date. Mine was on an actual WW ship. It might be different if you are on a different shipping line..
