Deal Or No Deal???

I posted this at bimmerfest but wasn't gettng a response... so here goes..

I would appreciate your opinion on the following proposed deal I have with a BMW Dealership. Deal or No Deal???

2008 335i Coupe
MSRP = $47,725
Invoice = $43,905
Negotiated Price = $44,655 ($750 over invoice)
Residual = 61% (based on 36 month lease / 10,000 miles)
Money Factor = .00255 (I have to put one security deposit down due to being new lessee)
Acquisition Fee = $625.00
Moca/Training = $300/$180

$1000 Deposit to order car. $0 down or cap reduction.

Monthly Payment = $653.37 +$50.64 tax = $704.01

Monthly Payment with Max MSD's = $616.68 + $47.79 tax = $664.47

DEAL OR NO DEAL????

No deal. You should be able to get a lot better MF then that. When i was looking at least deals they gave me the .00255 BS. Look at the website offer. The MF is more like .0021 or .0022. They are marking it up significantly I.e. there is room to move and lower your payment. The Negotiated Price is good tho, and not sure about the residual at 10,000 miles.. i thought it was 64% when i was looking (sedan)

If I roll the acquisition fee and moca/training into the lease.. nope...

The only thing I'd have to put down would be additional security deposits,
1st months payment, title/tags... That's it.. I've confirmed with my SA..

So is it good???
