Meth fitting in WW Res?
Which fittings have people used to run their WW res for meth?
i like the devils own one but you need to drill a 7\8th hole and mount it somewhere! but it contains a filter.... or are people just running small fittings? any pics? i tried google but nothing solid. its a 2010 325D LCI E91 but they all seem pretty much the same in this respect Cheers Andy |

Do a search on "Meth" looking for posts from Hoooper; he has tapped a wiper fluid hose, not the tank itself. I believe that needs a check valve or two.

I'm pretty sure regardless of whatever company you go with you will have to drill a 7/8 hole . Better off just getting an individual tank. I know the WW tanks are known for leaking as well since mine is .

I’ll check up hooper
I like the OEM low fluid level on the dash. So if I went tank under the boot I was playing with splicing it into the OEM switch. But just like the cleanness of the WW tank and there fairly cheap if they do leak, which doesn’t seem to much of an issue in the uk? |

Regardless wifh any kit you would have a boost gauge. That would notify you as well if you were low on meth . Yes it would be a nicer more oem like set up . And I'm not too sure about the WW tank fix but it isn't crazy

I’ll be running the same solution in the washer tank as I have already so no safety differences. Just need my boot space as I regularly use it, could use the space under the boot (e91) but fancy the cleaner setup... I’ll be running a basic setup from devils own, no controller just switch. As a start anyway. Don’t want a boost gauge, I can monitor it via my code reader if I want to select when it kicks in.... |
