Potential Electrical Issue

I updated my navigation MAPs last week and made multiple mistakes. I left the car unattended and didn't have it on a battery charger. My battery ended up dying however I was able to get it recharged and complete the MAP update. Today I noticed a service engine soon light so I ran my BMW scan tool and noticed something interesting. Multiple modules were reporting low voltage however I was able to clear the codes and test the battery. The battery is still good but do I need to register the battery again since I let the car drain down?

I'm curious if the car knows I recharged the battery. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

You should not need to re-register the battery.

It is only needed when you install a new battery.

Do you think I caused damage to the battery letting it drain down?

Unlikely that the battery was damaged.

They are not LiPos.
