Replacing seat cushion

The drivers seat cushion on my M Sport is done/squashed and I'd like to fit a new one.

I bought the interior from the owner of an LCI 320d - the seat is not heated.

Is this the correct part to order:

52107139700

Part no 2 in the diagram:

And any advice/guides on how to fit it?

The best guide I've been able to find so far is this :

It's for an E46 but should be similar.
I am hoping to tackle the same issue shortly.
