Should be straight like the other one. Why not fit an M3 brace instead? Much more substantiatial and beefs up the steering feel.

That is really bent. Not sure it's even able to properly attach at the windshield. I'd check the passenger side suspension to make sure the previous owner didn't break more stuff jumping a curb.
