It is illegal for a reason-it is not really safe-visibity can be impaired, especially that ability to make eye contact with another driver-can make the difference.
It also looks way to Boyzs in da huuud for me IMHO. |

I have limo tint on all 6 windows and have not gotten pulled over or a ticket for it in my 4 years of driving. And once you get used the the dark wind sheil it doesnt make a difference if its tinted or not for me. Yes a night there is a difference but I just got used to it....and I say a get about 3 or 4 comments a week on how good my car looks with all the window tinted...Not kidding you.

50% on the front three windows and 35% on the rest. People think you cant see out but it really depends what % tint u get. With my 50%, i can see fine. Why tint? Glare when its sunny and my sensitive skin.

I won't be tinting the front but likely all the side windows. Too many cloudy days to make it worth it here and sunglasses still work fine for me and they're easier to remove than tint if it's dark out.

Front window tints seem more of a hindrance than helpful. Even in Arizona, Nevada or So Cal you dont see tinted windshields. Celebrities needing privacy dont tint their windshields.
I dont tint the front due to safety. Visibility is reduced with tints, especially at night. I dont want the front window to experience reduced visibility at night so I dont tint it. I doubt police would pull you over unless you had limo tints on the windshield. But if you ever get in an accident you can be sure all the blame will fall on you and the tinted windshield causing reduced visibility (even if its the other guys fault). |

i have my sides tinted at 20% and i USED to have my front windsheild tinted at 30% which made it VERY hard to look in. So while i had the front tinted i was driving with all my windows down, and i passed by a police speed trap and he noticed it, and started to harass me. But at least i told him ive never gotten any ticket before so he let me go....but it wasnt worth it. its like a magnet for police. EVERY COP EYED ME! i dunno why. I also had a license plate frame which blurred out the numbers for cameras or if you would look at any other angle. i also was harrassed for that too. my car was very illegal and i got off easy a couple of times, but its honestly not worth it.
