I want to run a set of Avant-Garde M359 wheels (19x9.0" ET18 fronts & 19x10.0" ET25 rear) on my 2013 335is. Should I be concerned with rubbing running such an aggressive offset in the front?

You should be very concerned. The front is going to poke out over 30mm compared to stock and the rear will be around 27mm. Tire size and round vs squared shoulder will make a difference as well

Very well could, or be damn close depending on tires. The front fenders are plastic and will break. The rears can at least be rolled/pulled for more room.

Lets put it this way, I just bought a set of Apex wheels, 18x9 ET 31 and 18x10 ET 33 and it's going to be tight with 235/40-18's and 265/40-18's

If you run stock spec up front 19x9 et31 you'll be fine with a 235/35/19 that will slightly rub on full lock.
The rears are the same as stock spec and require fender work. I personally am a fan of shaving over rolling as you get more clearance as a whole. Every mm counts imo.
Then tires come into play especially if you're going to lower. 265/35 hankook or any tires with a more round sidewall didn't rub for me at all. 265/35 MPSS rub no matter what just a tad on the rear passenger side but only on big dips or steep driveways. That's with -2 degrees camber in the rear measuring 23" from bottom on rim to center fender arch with half a tank.
If you're not lowered then you could be fine but not sure as I didn't run that setup with stock heights. Hope this helps!

Wheel Fitment

I'm trying to purchase some rims for my 2011 335xi sedan. I want something with a nice deep dish lol. The deeper the lip the better. 18 inch rims. What width and offeset can I go with that will be good fit for front and rear. I don't want a staggered set up.

18x9et30 Apex Arc-8 is the popular square setup matching your desires.
