Megan, Manzo, and M3 uses teflon coated solid bearing. Not rubber bushings like the stock ones.

Both are better than M3 and HD bushings and N group bushings, especially when you consider the cost. Great value. Buy without hesitation. |

I would spray coat some rust inhibitor on the steel nuts to prevent it from rusting though.
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000BKC25K/...rust+treatment I bought mine used, so it was a little rusty. But a light coating, it hasn't gotten any worse even after driving it for the entire winter here at Chicago.

want to throw two other potential toe arms that are available.
one from bimmerworld which comes with aurora bearings. It seems like this is a great option being that some have replaced the RE bearings with Aurora bearings. http://store.bimmerworld.com/bimmerw...set-p1992.aspx one from ground control which comes with a lifetime warranty. This seems like a great option because of the lifetime warranty. What I don't like is it doesn't have a hex anywhere on the arm to help with making adjustments. http://www.ground-control-store.com/...hp/II=908/CA=6 Does anyone have experience with either product?

FWIW, i installed some Manzo rear toe arms about 5k ago and i have no complaints and no concerns as of yet.
Before i installed these, i was having traction issues as well as keeping my car straight under heavy acceleration. I would veer off to the left under heavy load. I have all m3 bits and KW V2s, as well as MPSS tires, so the rear toe arms were the last culprit and it solved my straight line issues. 100% recommended to replace, ill update when i finally get some aftermarket snails installed and see they hold up.

Meyle sent me a set of their toe replacement arms years ago, still running them but would like to press Group N bushings into them, unfortunately 2 mechanics have tried and failed. I may just try those Manzo toe arms next time I need an alignment

Hey guys.
We have manufactured rear toe arms for the e82 and e9x non-M. The design principle is a curved arm, but with dimensions better suited to the non-M suspension. These are made of billet 6061-T6 aluminum and have been precision CNC machined to accept either balljoints or bushings (which can be either stock bushings or much stiffer Group N bushings, or even polyurethane bushings like those from Powerflex and other suppliers), or any combination of balljoints and bushings depending on individual preferences. They can be anodized in any colour. They can also be made either in the standard length (412 mm) or +3 mm for extra toe. Because you can select balljoints or bushings, or any combination, you can tweak your effective spring rates in increments (measured in lb/in). So, for example, on effective spring rates: - 2 balljoints: 0 - 1 balljoint and 1 regular bushing: 15 - 2 regular bushings: 30 - 1 balljoint and 1 Group N: 56 - 1 regular bushing and 1 Group N: 71 - 2 Group N: 112 Assuming the contribution of a full set of stock bushings is an equivalent of 109 lb/in, then that can be fully compensated with a set of MRP toe arms with 2 Group N bushings, and the other 4 arms can be only balljoints... Just trying to gauge interest at this point so please reply if you might be interested in this product... a Stay tuned! Last edited by Angel67; 08-11-2019 at 05:06 PM.. Reason: Adding pic |

Hi. The spring rates referred to above are in addition to what you may have in the metal coil springs (and any other bushings). This will affect suspension frequency. Rubber bushings also provide what you can call reverse spring rate when the chassis lifts from normal position because they wind up and want to return to normal position...
