I have a coupe non convertible. The leak is under the engine. It's a clear liquid with no odor, maybe it's something else? I don't even know.

FINALLY found me a lovely 2011 BSM 6speed that I was able to purchase. Had it for about a week now and man this thing was worth the 1 year long wait. I just had ceramic coating applied to the paint and will try to get pics up after a tint job,

In the meantime I was wondering if there was a way to upgrade the Idrive software so that it displays album artwork of music stream via bluetooth. Is this possible on the 2011?

Should be able to do it without any updates. I stream my music through Apple music and the album art displays on the 70/30 split view of navi on the left and music on the right.

Bluetooth system the car came with. Works with plugging in the USB cable from your phone into the arm rest area as well.

Grr, wish I had that on mine. How is the sound quality? I wonder if this could be coded.

I use a Tunai Firefly BT dongle plugged into the USB & Aux, works pretty well for music and the car's BT phone still works seamlessly.

It's crystal clear. Only issue I've seen in both 335is's I've owned is that once in a blue moon the BT has a crackle like static that loops every 15-20 secs when a song is playing. I think its a common issue since I've read it with e93 M3 guys too but it goes away if you disconnect and reconnect the phone/device.

Strange you have chrome trim around the windows. I thought all IS had black trim?

Yeah changed up the wheels, emblems, grill and reflectors, still gotta change the side marker lights too, had it stock for a good while!

All the E93 cabriolet models come with the chrome trim versus the black on the E92s!

I'm am full catless with resonators. I still have my muffler box though. MHD and have max burples and impossible to get flames.

Maybe the burples makes it so everything blows up to early in the downpipes so I don't see it?

Or I should straight pipe the insides of my muffler.

You don't need a custom tune, MHD's burble feature on aggressive is enough. It takes practice/trial/error, just have to keep tapping the throttle until RPMs drop to 3.5k. Then let the car coast and you'll hear the flame torch poof sound going through the exhaust followed by a bang. No need to remove mufflers. Just all 4 cats.

Ok I'll try again. I'm very used to the light thorttle tap to force pops when I downshift, it's so loud when it does pop. That's also how I make it pop at idle.

Maybe I do get flames I just don't notice or see them.

So force the burple to keep burbling all the way to 3.5k (by keeping throttle lightly pressed) then let go of it and let it cost?
